I've had the alternator checked 3 times and the dealership can't seem to explain why I keep going through batteries. The first 4 were covered by the warranty, now I've had to pay for the last 3. I am very frustrated because they say there is nothing wrong with my car. This can't be true.

You don't tell us if the battery just goes dead, or if it is actually charged and then tested (load tested).
It is possible that there is a parasitic loss somewhere in the little car.
Do you park on a steep incline? If so, the trunk lite may be staying on and draining the battery.
Do you have an AMP for your stereo? Could be a draw if it doesn't get shut off for some reason (failed relay?).
There is a procedure for locating the draw, and for determining if there is one or not.
I find it difficult to believe that the car just eats batteries like Wheaties. There MUST be a cause.
MY recommendation is to locate a shop that SPECIALIZES in electrical repair and ask for an opinion and estimate of repair.
Be prepared to leave your car with him overnight so that he can determin if there is a overnight issue or something other.
Good Luck

Something is drawing out your juice. There must be an electrical short or a problem with the alternator. Get someone else to check the alternator. It is really isn't that start checking for shorts. You can have an electrical fire in your car. Be careful!

Dont take any notice of the dealers, they only want to get rid of you.Take it to an auto electrician. Its either over charging and cooking the battery ,is undercharging or has a current drain, like a trunk light that stays on.

Two main problems...
#1. Dodge
#2. Neon
Cut your losses and buy something else.
