As long as it's not a really short skirt, than either one of those should be fine. I think the problem will be not the skirt or trousers but the shirt. A lot of people over 40, 50 don't like low cut shirts, that wouldn't make a good impression.
It depends on your style. Also, is your aunt lady-like or business-like? I think if she really were a nice person though, your clothes wouldn't matter to her, it's your personality that should make the best impression.

Wear something nice that you are comfortable in. Since you haven't seen her in 20 years, you're likely to be nervous. It's better to be nervous & comfortable than nervous and uncomfortable! If you are constantly grabbing at your clothes, you wont make a good impression.

Be yourself. Be sexy and wear a really nice skirt. She may not like it but if you are yourself she will respect you for that and consquently you will make a good impression. Whatever you do, do not apologise!
