It depends on what sort of computerized equipment you are looking for. If by a "racing clock" you mean the rally computer the navigator uses to determine what turns are coming up, you can get one of those for $300 or so.

But there are a lot of computerized equipment - ECUs (engine computers), datalogging equipment, accelerometers like the G-Tech, even telemetry equipment to track a car's position on the racetrack. It would help if I knew what you want the equipment to do.
