Go up to the toolbar at the top click on view
Then go to text sizing and choose the text size you wish.

change your dpi settings. Right click blank desktop, go to properties, click on settings tab, click advanced. Should be first tab after that. Called general. Change it to large size (120dpi) or make a custom size.

That is if you want it larger in all programs. The other ways listed under me show how to change font size in an individual window.

Just right click your desktop and choose properties. The go to the appearance tab and change your font to a bigger size.
