I think there are more, but for some reason they keep asking the same question and kiki keeps giving the same answers and they are chosen for the best answer.

Kiki means child in Hawaii. Probably someone just wants to see what will happen if they get a high percentage of best answers. I saw one person in level 4 who had answered over 800 questions and had a 40% best answer rate. Either something fishy was going on there or that person had brilliant answers. Maybe it is just a collection of friends having fun with "the system".
