they used to do this in prisons and the armed forces but in the 1960s this was decreed against there human rights and was causing impotence so it was stopped

Its complete bollocks, bromide is not used. If they wanted to quiet the prisoners down then political speechs will send them to sleep everytime

no! of corse not, could not do that, its takin away someones rights, dont matter these days what people have done, they still have rights! besides i think the inmates would know n not drink it. you hear stories bout what goes on in the showers, that would not happen if people were drugged up

i believe they used to put this stuff in the prisoners chocolate bars,etc, it does lower the sex drive..because they thought that if the prisoners were less sexually frustrated, they would become less angry!!!!!

They use to in the old Asylums, but not any more!! They just sedate them with Valium, so they're so knackered they wouldn't be able to do anything anyway!!
