Went to 3 specialist They say-Oh The Dr. who originally did surgery on your knee is a colleague. Sorry we cant help you. I've been ignored, shunned, seems pushed out on the street like a dead animal. Pain has now traveled to my right leg, now my spinal nerves are A New Occurrence. I'm sure because Not One Dr. Here In San Clemente, Ca. Laguna Beach, Ca. wont touch me because Dr. protecting Dr. Also Insurance-Too Expensive and I'm too young. Mean time I'm suffering, no med's at all. Has anyone ever ran into this gross negligence? I would recommend contacting a Chiropractor for help with your pain, and secondly, a new attorney.

Get copies of your med records and start contacting other doctors. Contact on the web, phone, etc. and explain your situation. Someone will help you-they can't ALL be colleagues of this Dr. I would also contact an attorney that specializes in malpractice. Keep records of every DR. that tells you that cannot help because of assoc. with that bad dr. Good luck!!! I understand your position-hurt my back at work a little over a year ago(I am 43F)...need surgery to fix but fighting work. comp. Let me know how it goes.

The cost of knee surgery is very low in India as compared to USA,UK and Canada. You can get the surgery done there in a fraction of cost of what would you pay in USA or private UK

There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges orthopaedic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by NHS in the UK.They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your knee joint replacement surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin also got her knee replacement surgery for in India through the forerunners healthcare .She is more than very happy with the results. She is totally pain free now.She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. hope this helps.
I would recommend this company to you as you are willing to travel abroad and get the surgery at low cost.
