College prepares you for certain types of jobs, but there are other ways to become educated...
- You could get an apprenticeship in a trade such as contsruction, blacksmithing, carpentry or specialty trades.
- Gain an entry level poition in a larger company and work your way up in ranks.
- Become a musician, artist or performer... Most of which is natural or practiced talent and not easily learned in college.
- Join a government organization like the postoffice... great benefits.
- Join the military... just make sure you pick a field you think will gain you experience that would be beneficial to your career. The military will help pay for college.
- Start your own business of some kind... start small and work up to something that will suport you.

Go to community college and get a job. That way, if you want to go to a four year university after two years at community college, you can demonstrate you have a strong work ethic and are good at school. Just be sure to get decent grades at community college.

If you dont get into college you should try a community college. If you dont do that you can try to get your real estates license or insurance license. I know a guy who got into real estate right after high school and he is making in the 100 thousands. so good luck, but college is better b/c you can do way more things.
