Its the one where the guy is accused of murder and he pleads insanity, i think he gets away with it and at the very end, you see him telling his laywer person that hes not insane??

I think it was Primal Fear but another similar film sprang to mind & that was One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest with Jack Nicholson. He fakes insanity to get a lighter sentence and ends up in a mental institute where he changes the lives of all the other patient's in there. I had to watch it as part of my pschology A level under the subject of "sane people being in insane places & it's affect on their sane minds!!".
