The story of the Von Erich is a tragic one. Fritz Von Erich (Frank Adkisson) was the patriarch of the family, he had 6 sons 5 of them went into pro wrestling and 5 of them had tragic endings. The oldest one Jack got electrocuted and drowned, Kerry the most famous one, he was known as "The Modern Day Warrior" (his not The Ultimate Warrior" that's Jim Hellwig) or as "The Texas Tornado", he killed himself in 1993, then was David who died of a heart attack provoked by a disease called Acute Enteritis, Chris and Michael also committed suicide, Kevin is the only that survived and was lately seen on WWE, he sold the rights and video library of World Class Wrestling to Vince McMahon. Fritz died on 1997 after watching 5 of his 6 children pass away before him. Really a tragic family.

The Von Erich curse is a name applied to the situation involving the legendary Von Erich family. While patriarch Fritz lived till natural death, four of his five wrestling sons died premature deaths within a 10-year span (as well as his eldest son who was electrocuted as a child). As previously mentioned, David died in 1984 under circumstances that were disputed for years, while Michael, Kerry, and Chris all committed suicide in subsequent years.

The Von Erich curse eventually evolved into the World Class curse, as several other non-Von Erich wrestlers have also died prematurely, including three major non-Von Erich stars (Terry Gordy, Chris Adams, and Gino Hernandez).

Kevin Von Erich is the sole survivor of the Adkisson sons who recently sold the WCCW Video Library to the WWE

Kevin Von Erich is the ONLY Von Erich left that is still alive. The rest whether committed suicide or died of a drug overdose.

Eric A is right Kerry And David Von Erich committed suicide, David in 1983 and Kerry around 1990, They have been survived by Kevin and Fritz , Fritz gave up the ghost quickly after Kerry's dying. If i'm no longer improper there is another brother named Mike who never have been given into the buisiness,.

All of them are dead with the exception of Kevin.The Von Erich's have been rumored to be under a curse for years.Their real last name is Atkinson I think.

as far as i know, all of them are dead except kevin. kevin von erich appeared at the wwe raw homecoming that aired back in like october of '05 (the day they moved back to USA network). he put the von erich claw on rob conway. all the old legends that were there kicked his (conway's) a**!

most of them committed suicide. they all have a bad drug problem. (many wrestlers back then and still now have a bad drug problem). for the Von Erich, it would have put them all in prison.

If we look at Kerry VonErick (The Texas Tornado)... I know for a fact that he died from drugs.

I dont know what drugs in particular but my guess he was taking some sort of painkillers and died from overdose.

His body was in CONSTANT PAIN, because he was always wrestling (not as fake as it seems now huh?). Also, he was involved in some accidents!!!

However, I am not 100% on the rest of the family... but I think most (exept Kevin?) have also died, but I dont know of what cause.

I am sure they relate to some sort of drug also...

Most of them had very serious allergies to bullets and drugs. Most fell victim to the allregies. Only one of the sons is still alive, I can't remember which one... I think its Mike.
