The RAZR is a pretty good phone. The people who are saying that are speaking from media not from personal experience. In early 2006, Motorola stopped selling the RAZR and replaced phones that were sold with manufacture defects. This was not a recall...but the media made it seem like a big deal. But it was not. I haven't seen any issues with the RAZR lately.

I've heard that there were a number of problems with the battery life. I've read that some people didn't like the UI. If you go onto Amazon and read the reviews you can see what issues people have had with the phone. As with most things your experience is subjective. So, while some people may love a certain thing others will hate it. Likewise some may experience problems with a certain product that won't come up with another individual who owns the same product.

It's not a bad phone.
It consistently gets high ratings for reception and sound quality, and it certainly looks cool.
There are other phones out there that have a few more or better features- but the RAZR is a quality phone.
personally- I have small hands and I don't find it comfortable to hold.

i have often wondered the same thing. i have a moto razr and v3i with itunes and a gold dolce gabanna. they are good phones. i have a moto pebl and its about half the phone as a razr. maybe they did not try it . dont dog it just because it broke when dropped

They tend to break and/or have problems easily. Most people say it's a bad phone because they're sick of the trend.

jealousy they cant have one so they bad mouth it personally i collected all the razr from its inception to the final D&G

i think its personal opinion some people dont like the look...others dont like the button style...others follow the people hoo say that stuff...and others are just jealous...if u like it...hoo cares what they think
