some say that vegita is far more powerfull then goku and that he could kill him when ever he wants but some say that goku is too powerfull for vegita to kill him, what do you say america?

it would take 15 episodes to find out and in the end the loser would swear revenge and challenge the other to a duel again in a few years. So no, vegita could not kill goku.
