He simply suggested there should be an independent investigation to delve into unanswered questions. That is all. We were willing to spend tax payer dollars on Bill Clinton's BJ, why not find out further why there were intelligence failures.

Even the 9/11 Commission said their results were inconclusive. Barring conspiracy theories, shouldn't we at least look into intelligence failures to keep us safe? Why is this guys being attacked?

This is a perfect example of why military outfits attract so many conservatives, and convert the ambivalent into hardcore right wing nut jobs. Any place where independent thinking is vilified, and sheepish conformity is extolled, is a perfect haven for the irrational right wing.

In fact S H I R A Z - S Y R A H, it surprises me that you were not in the military, considering your own mindless subscription to conservative ideals, which to most sensible people is patently absurd.

WOW! What an insightful response from the guy. Freedom of speech is gone in this country. It is a sad thing to see him being investigated, rather than the issue of the Pentagon plane attack.

He had good reason to question the issues. No, he should NOT be criticized! (Thanks for the link. I am sending the article around!)

Anyone who criticizes the current administration publicly gets attacked. That's standard operating procedure.

Of course, they have legal justification for that procedure. They just can't prove it because showing you the actual laws involved would violate the state secrets privilege.
