Tony Romas is one of the best in the country as far as chain restaurants go. I have found that if you look around long enough you will find a much better small BBQ shop in almost every town in America.

Local BBQ places are usually the best. Out of your two choices, Tony Romas.

Spring Creek in Fort Worth/Dallas area but TR is really good. Not familiar with your other option. In Memphis . . . Rendezvous but Dry or Wet basting? Don't care as long as the beer is 45 degrees and Boddingtons Ale.

Dry hickory smoked BBQ you sauce to suit your taste. LOVE IT!!
