Depends on what your web site is about.

First off, dude, you've got to get rid of that long URL. Buy a better URL and redirect.

Are you doing the basics to get traffic to your site, such as including the URL in your email signature line and on your signature line at message forums where you hang out?

Make sure your web site content is written in a way that will help you rank higher in the search engines and that will help drive traffic to your site. It's not necessary to pay someone or pay a search engine company to do this for you. My site ranks in the top five in Google and I've never paid a dime for it to rank high.

Are you writing articles about whatever your web site covers and submitting them to sites around the Internet?

Are you building an email list (permission only) and sending out an ezine at regular intervals with quality content? This is one of the best ways to build traffic and REPEAT traffic, which is something that even skilled marketers overlook. Here's the Bible when it comes to building your list and creating an ezine: http://snipurl.com/uxl4

Don't waste time with FFA (Free For All) links pages.

Don't pay a service to get you more traffic.

You don't just want traffic. You want traffic from people who are interested in whatever you have to offer. If they visit your site and leave because they have no interest in what you offer, what's the point? You could've put all of that time and energy into sending qualified leads to your site. Big difference!

My fist suggestion would be to rename the web site with a name that relates in a search engine to what you are trying to advertise.
You feature electronics, but the search on your name will not get a hit.
