If you are watching your calories, try to stay away from the deep fried foods. Many chinese restaurants serve "hainan chicken" it is boiled chicken servered with a side of two different sauces a garlic sauce and a ginger sauce. Depending on where you go, they will serve you either white rice or white rice flavored with chicken stock. Another safe option would be boiled or steamed dumplings, not pot stickers. Pot sticker are boiled and then fried. You could also order the stir fry. Although they cook stir frys in oil, you don't get a much as in other dishes. Another one of my favorites that you could find at almost any restaurant is shrimp or prawns with vegetables.

Nothing. I cannot eat Chinese food anymore because I saw the quality of meat they get. It is disgusting.

Tru something with lots of vegtables, or seafood. If that is still not good some places have a section that is steamed or healthy choices.

I LOVE chinese food! But what I would reccomend you are the chow mein or soup.
