Extreme sampling, but when you take the extreme sampling, and apply it to the percentage of the actual populace, you can then almost garantee that the true percentage of idiots is representative of the entire populace.

The average IQ is 100 and that's REALLY STUPID. Actually, I think the smarter ones are here because they are the ones who know how to use a computer. Now we know why politics go the way they do because the power mongers are counting on our stupidity.
