Well the most responsible was Luciano Moggi their General Director and then Antonio Giraudo their Sportive Director. Roberto Bettega the other director was never found responsible for anything. Anyway these three directors( 'La triade' as were called) resigned from their charges and so did all the administrative council. Other directors were chosen then. Moggi and Giraudo were found guilty for breaking sportive loyalty and illegal sportive acts. Their punishment is 5 years of not being part of the sportive world that could become a lifetime for other acts in the future.
