Who Sings This Regge or Reggeton Song? "police in the helicopter, in search of the marijuana"?

It has played on radio in Richmond VA,but havent heard it anywhere else
The only line I know is "police in the helicopter, in search of the marijuana" i think that is part of the chorus or maybe the bridge to the song.
