No, Bogues couldn't dunk... and yes, he was 5'3"

Webb could dunk, he was about 5'7".

And no, Webb didn't have the highest vertical leap in NBA history...being the shortest player who could dunk doesn't automatically make you the best leaper... for example, Vince Carter and Dominique Wilkins could jump much higher than Webb...just because they didn't have to jump as high to dunk on a 10 ft basket, doesn't mean they couldn't jump as high off the ground as Webb. They could dunk on a 12 or 13 foot basket easily...something Webb could never have done...

Even Michael Jordan could jump much higher than Webb. So could Wilt Chamberlain, who could dunk on a 14 or 15 ft basket if he had to...Wilt could jump and grab the top of the backboard with ease...it wasn't like he could only jump about 1 or 2 ft and barely dunk.

As for Bogues and Webb, never had a bit of use for either one of them...what did either of these guys EVER do to help their teams win? Answer...Nothing! They were side-shows.
