I've lived in Scotland for 17 years now and I have to agree with you. When a guy is all dressed up in his full Kilt and jacket it is sooooo sexy!!! Especially if he has a tan.... white legs aren't a good look!

The Kilt is not a tarten skirt - its a historical and traditional item of dress. Whats Englands traditional dress again? Hmmm....
Scots men are the only ones that look good in Kilts.

yeah, im scottish so we see them on nights out fairly often and its shocking how much we harrass them, trying to find out if they are true scots or not, hahaha the funny thing is i was coming home from a wedding with my boyf (in a kilt) and he got totaly harrassed in glasgow city centre by all the drunk girls, you should have seen how offended i was, its funny considering how harrasful i am when drunk, haha what goes around comes around as they say.
