I dont understand? when he killed the guy and he dropped a bullet, and then he woke up on a stretcher... so was the whole episode just a hallucination?

Ok.. so House was shot by that guy. That whole episode is him in a coma (hallucinating). Everything that happens in that episode is not real.. House comes out of a coma at the end.

They haven't really answered that question, but intend to with the first few episodes of the new season (starts in september).
Have you seen this spoiler / trailer ?? It leaves you guessing too, but it looks like it was a hallucination and House's leg pain is gone. Which means he's walking without a cane. Check it out here:

It was an hallucination in his mind & we'll find out in two weeks during the start of Season Three what really happened.

He was shot and was going into surgery. The part when they took away his pain was either a hallucination or a dream. This was my take, I was a bit disappointed actually

I think you're on the right track. The final scene was House being wheeled into the E.R. after getting shot, so the whole episode had to be what flashed trough his mind right after he was shot.

I *only* watched it (I recorded it) and that i cried for the full 2nd 0.5. i'm so unhappy Amber died, that section grow to be undesirable! i think so undesirable for Wilson, i in my opinion liked them as a pair, he grow to be finally happy. That grow to be so unhappy while he found the notice. It grow to be so frightening once you concept residing house died, and that i in my opinion wish Wilson will forgive him via fact he did danger his existence. i'm fairly happy Amber did no longer cheat on Wilson, which could have been terrible. they even have been in love till finally the tip, which made it greater advantageous. and then only while i presumed i grow to be carried out crying, 13 examined constructive for Huntington's! God, it only have been given worse and worse. She is like my fashionable, and meaning that she's gonna die finally. So unhappy. i'm fairly happy Cameron and Chase made an visual charm on the tip, i grow to be beginning off to omit them. i'm hoping we get to establish greater of them interior the subsequent season. i assume only time will tell... :-)
