I was recently regressed and as far as they could tell I became a member of a long forgotten group of people in America who actually had a sense of humour.The research boffins were quite suprised that I had somehow managed to understand irony, satire and not fly off into a rage when presented with a totally dumb question.your thought s please from stateside.

Was this a research project? You mentioned research boffins (scientists?).
Assuming reincarnation is real, you may have been an early American comedian. When were you born? Then research back from that date to see who in vaudeville passed away in that time frame. Never can tell.
A lot of us in the good ol' USA still have our sense of humor intact. I find it ironic that any comedian from the USA would incarnate on foreign soil, unless they truly believed in irony (LOL)

I am not totally sure about past life regression but I do agree..
we have lost our sense of humor. I do find that people who are intelligent (the "thinkers" of the world) do recognize the irony of it all and smile.

I am assuming this entire question is meant as humor, but considering it's coming from _______ <------enter country here....I don't get it. So, maybe you need to work on it. I live in Maryland, USA and have a pretty good sense of humor. I don't even know what a boffin is, and my vocabulary is usually good.

Oh please spare me the common decency. Normal American humor (or humour in Canada) is often overlooked as a way to skirt around the real issues. It can often soften a blow to the opposing party. Also,it can make you look smart and collected.
