I think Packers and Bears is probably the oldest and most intense rivalry.
However, being an Eagles fan, I know Eagles Cowboys rivalary is great. Then, again, all the teams in NFC East vs Cowboys is a good rivalry.

Packers vs. Bears - NFL's oldest rivalry, and these two teams just positively hate each other, as to the fans of each team. It's just knock down drag out every time that they get together, and just because neither team has been all that successful lately, does not diminish the depth of the hatred that each team has for the other, and the level of play displayed when these two get together. Has to be considered one of THE best of the NFL, if not the best rivalries.
