I want to put a few trees in our treeless yard and I would like them to grow as quickly as possible. I do not like fruit trees, too many bees. I would prefer small leaves so I don't have to rake in the fall. Any suggestions?

Be careful, bamboo will take over the whole yard!
But the answer depends on where you live really. I would call a plant nursery in your area.

The leaves fall off deciduous trees in the Fall and this means raking, small or large leaves. The only one I can think of quickly without researching is Redwood. They grow pretty fast and there are no leaves but there are some pine needles. The others I can think of right now have leaves. Oaks are not fast growing, very slow, same with Palms. Eucalyptus trees are one of the messiest trees there are.

The Willow Hybrid tree, Salix Willow Hybrid, also called a Hybrid Willow, will, on average, and under normal conditions, grow six feet per year. Under ideal conditions and on good sites the growth rate is even faster, up to twenty feet a year. Planted as a hedge, screen, windbreak, or to line a road or drive, you can expect this tree to be over 20’ tall and 15’ wide in just three years. This deciduous tree can grow to over 70’ tall. This tree will require supplemental water until established. It is not a Weeping Willow, but an upright growing majestic tree. Many homeowners use this tree as a shade tree because of its fast growth and quick shade.

-Any Palms
-Banana tree/Palm
-Sugar Palm (Malaysia, thailand, vietnam etc.)
-Fig tree
-Some ficuses.
-Paperbark tree (Australia)
-Some Gum Trees (Australia)
-Don't know the names but most trees U see with leaves growing out of the trunk when it's still small
-Lemon Tree & Other Citrus (Grows fast to low height then goes much slower after first fruiting.
-Bamboo (Not Really A Tree But Hey) Looks Nice
-Oak tree (only until it gets to 12 feet)
-Those Pencil Trees (Medium To Slow after 15 feet but they look the coolest, and sort throw huge roots but not great in storms)

Nearly all of these plants are non-deciduous but palm frond and leaves fall off occasionally buy they're easy to clear away
Hope This Helps.

Leyland cypress and white pines grow fast and are evergreens, so they won't drop leaves. Trees that drop leaves and grow fast include tulip poplars, black walnut, sweet gum, and some maples. The best place to get advice about plant material is your local nursery.

Pine trees grow pretty fast, no leaves either if you don't count the spikey bits on the ends of the branches...
