Thomas: Having grown up in the South, I cannot count the number of rabid, redneck racists who claim, just like you, that they're not bigots, they're just calling it as it is. Well, me too: you are a bigot.

It is not a conspiracy in a direct way. Though users act individually, they had to get their hate from somewhere.
Some racist users from what I have heard have had to change their user names because they were suspended for racial epiphets and other things racially offensive.
Some people say that they are not racist and yet they are. I understand where you are coming from. I live in Georgia in the South, close to Atlanta. I have experienced racism myself(in direct and subtle ways). As for the users, they act as individuals. They just use this site as a way to express their hatred.

Individuals mainly. Although by the tone of some 'questions' you can tell it's by the same person with 4 or 5 different accounts.
It's mainly just a bunch of idiots trying to be as vulgar as possible.
