Sometime in the 90's, a crack addict popped out 2 babies in an alley. They were raised by rats, and fed out of dumpsters. One day, while they were about 12, they were panhandling and a disney rep happened to walk by. He thought they had marketable faces, so he cleaned them up and plastered their mugs all over tv. The world has never been the same since.
