I think you are using the word 'love' a little loosely here. You can't love someone unless you know them, deeply and honestly. You obviously don't KNOW her. You are infatuated with laila, you think she's hot, but love is a bigger label than this deserves. Next, we don't know laila either so how could we possibly say whether or not she loves you??? If she talks about your friend she probably likes him, the fact is you will never know unless you ask her.

Not to hurt any feelings but usually when a girl talks about another guy alot she is usually crushing on them, or at least maybe she is close friends. Dont be afraid to ask her out on a date though, there is always room for her feelings to change. :0)

Ask her out, be gentle, dont push, take the time, understand her mindset, and find the perfect oppertunity to break the news that u love her.

does she know how you feel about her? tell her. ask her how she feels about you. talk to the girl. be honest about how you feel. we like that stuff.
