Dermabrasion kits are vailable in most stores. Neutrogena or Avon are both good and fairly proced (about 27 dollars).

You can follow up with some Chemical Peels. Anew Peel from Avon is pretty good (About 32 dollars ).

You can do the Micro dermabrasion in day to remove the dead cells and make yoru face smooth.

A couple of days later you can do the Peel so lif up the dead cells and stimulate new cell production.

Don't do both the same day, it will irritate your skin.

Good luck

Hydrate your skin by applying oil-free lotion in the morning and at night. Make sure to drink lots of water, and your skin should be smooth and soft in no time! Good luck!

St. Ives Apricot Scrub works SO GOOD. It's the best Exfoliater and it's 2-3 bucks at the store. I swear by it!

Use a belt sander and rub everything off?

Why not go to a skin care professional and ask them? If you go see them they will SHOW you the products available. Its very difficult to show products here in Yahoos Answers
