How does one tell when a zebra tomato is ready to pick?

Colors should be vibrant and it should have a little "give" when you lightly squeeze it. Green Zebra maters should be green and have dark yellow stripes. Red Zebras should be mostly red but with dark yellow stripes.
Had green zebra tomatos last year. They were awesome!
