that means there is non-genunine websites and domain names??
well if you talking about something like getting an email from paypal say register details, click on the link and look at the address bar if its not paypal.com .co.uk etc.. report it to spoof@paypal.com

check it out on Whois.com it is a book of all the registrations of websites.
