Hi, the best one i use is boot no7 balancing moisturiser it lasts for 12 hours and is brilliant it also mattifies shine, its the only moistuiser that i use and then dont need to use foundation afterwards. You are suppose to moisturise you skin morning and night, i think they do a night cream in this balancing range as well. Its best to have moisturiser on your skin between 11 and 12 at night this is when your skin renewa it self. It also is the same for your body.

You are supposed to apply moisturizer twice a day - morning and night. I couldn't find a lotion that didn't make my face greasy, so I'd suggest splashing your face ten times with cool water in the morning as a moisturizer. It works and it gives you a little bit of flush. For nighttime, use Clean & Clear Morning Glow Moisturizer. It doesn't clog pores, but it does make your face look greasy. By the time you wake up, your face won't look greasy anymore. Good luck!

I use Clean & Clear oil-free Dual Action Moisturizer.. it's a lotion and a salicylic acid acne control too... I love it! a little goes a long way.. I put it on right when I'm done washing my face (it tingles a little, feels great!).. then I do my hair.. by the time I'm ready for my makeup the moisturizer has absorbed.. my skin has never looked or felt better. I would swear by it! It's not expensive either.. I think I got it at wal-mart for under $5.

probally not going to be a popular answer, but, I read a prominent dermatologist in her 60s(looking decades younger) explaining that washing the face with hot water and a cloth, giving it a really good clean, then rinsing with cold water is all you need to do, she said only moisturise the cheeks never the forehead chin. keeping pores deep cleansed will help keep skin smooth (i use a teenage one and I'm 44). I think all these creams are great but eventually the skin has to find its own balance. drink loads of water eat fruit and veg no fizzy crap or processed food and you should be glowing with health ( i would rather my skin look vibrant and healthy which is youthful in its self)

I have used Oil of Olay moisturisers since they first came on the market in South Africa in the mid 1960's. Living in a hot, tropical climate (Zambia and Botswana) made a moisturiser essential and I found that Oil of Olay suited my skin perfectly, so much that people these days think I am at least 15 years younger than my age. It doesn't matter what one you use, just use one twice a day and a proper cleanser at night if you want to look after your skin and keep it looking good into your old age.

Use moisturizer in the morning and again at night. I use two different ones - one for day and one for night - both by Vichy. They are lovely, though a bit expensive. My daughter likes Clinique. Depends on your age, I guess - I'm 53 and my daughter is 30.

Best of luck.

Vitamin e moisturiser is great - light and hydrating. You should apply moisturiser twice a day after cleansing and toning for most benefit.

Liz Earle - light for grease skin. It works. Apply moisturiser after washing and toning skin - twice a day.
