"Marshall Plan"..deferrment of lend-lease' payments by allied natons.(finland was the ONLY nation to repay their lend-lease loans of equipment,munitions,weapons and funding)..and rebuilding of war damage in axis nations to repair water,power,and infrastructure ...trade capability and industrial capacity!!!!

Only western Europe and that was to prevent the growth of extreme right wing or left wing governments as happened after WW1. It was called the Marshall Plan after George Marshall american secretary of state.
