Because i'm outside the USA. Does any one know how to make it work for free??Has it something to do with IP adress. if so how can i change my IP address??

Please don't tell me that i have to buy credit, because i can't, we don't have credit card in the 3rd world countries.

I'm not sure, but you might have to be within the USA or Canada to take advantage of this offer.

you need to buy credit if you are calling normal landline telephones, no matter where you are on the planet.
skype is only free when the person you are calling also has skype.

u call from usa to usa and usa to canada
free
but not from any other country

Skype is only free from one computer to another - it is not free when you are phoning a landline.

you should have to pay and get credits to make international calls by skype. otherwise you may able to chat free. and also if you do have microphone you may call.

u cant change your ip address to an american ISP IP.
so there is no way around this that i know of.

Skype is so cheap .. why not just pay for the great service you want to use?? dont be cheap!!!
