lol beauty is a temporary state of affairs it is a social expectation. People are willing to cover their defects to make themselves more likely to breed. By lying and making themselves more attractive they are more likely to breed. Isnt doing such a thing a violation of normal evolutionary process Only man seems able to cover up his bad points. This is the perfect place to ask such a question only people who want to cover up things will most likely be in this area.

This is assuming that the act of man researching medicine to "cover defects" (as you put it) is impeding evolution.
Who is to say that "covering defects" isn't a part of the natural order of things?
After all, if the fittest survive, wouldn't that stand to reason that any "defect" which couldn't survive an attempt by man to "cover it" isn't fit for continuation?
Perhaps by "covering defects", man is aiding the stronger "defects" in their quest for dominance. That would not be destruction of evolution, that would be progressing it.

We don't wanna die or not reproduce because we're abnormal and we change our environment. It's more the nature of man than an attempt to destroy evolution.- Although of course humans aren't evolving anymore.

plastic surgery may alter one's outside appearance, but does not change a person's genetic make up. his legacy will continue.
