Listen to any of his speeches and you can tell that he is a lock for the least intelligent president ever!!!!
How are people saying Carter is dumb? Look at what the guy did before and after his presidency. Not to mention while he was president we had no wars and at least he tried to do something about the Mideast instead of blindly supporting Israel.

3 words: Dumbest President EVER. Can't even pronounce the word "nuclear" correctly. Probably has Cheney whisper the spelling of his last name when he signs something. Spells George.... "J - O - R - J" if he doesn't get help.

or what about look at the past. There have been many unintelligent presidents that were even only elected one term since they were so horrible. At least Bush got re-elected again. He has to have some supporters.
