I have to lift a girl about 2 or 3 years older then me and every time i put her up in an extension she falls on my head and its really starting to hurt. So how can I help her but not be mean to her? And I have practice tonight so please help me fast!

that happens to me all the time. the best way to help her is after the next time it happens ask nicely what she thinks is causing it then after she finishes explain what you think the problem is and decide on what you could do to make it better. if neither one of you knows what is ask the coach to watch next time and spot what is happening then she will be able to help. remember to always treat all members with respect.

You should be able to speak to your coach about it.

Or if you don't want to do that, talk to her nicely, ask her if she wants help doing the lifts. You should be a team, so she should be willing to take a bit of criticism. Constructive though. Good luck.

go to practice early and talk to your coach, tell them your problem. its up to them to deal with it not you.
