Of course I think it happens to everyone. I know i felt like crap and i would cry every night after I left my parents house without telling them anything, even though things are fine now and they know that I am happy with my husband it was hard, because I felt sad just the thought of them wondering where I was at etc...... But that is why we just have to learn from our mistakes. It doesnt mean that you're a bad person, but at times we just let things get out of hand, without thinking of the consequences!!

I think everyone does that. People have bad days and it can bring out the worst in you. I have a bad habit of taking my frustrations out on others so I try to stay to myself until the storm passes. I make sure my kids are occupied so that I won't spend my day yelling at them. They're such great kids that they know how to play quietly and leave mommy alone when she's in a mood. When I've been on a rampage though I take extra steps to make up for my bad behavior. I take my mom and sisters out to lunch or dinner, and I make sure to do something special with my boys so they know it's not them, that mommy was just having a bad day. They always forgive me when I've been a major b_itch.
