Public transportation or your own vehicle? and why?
I am in Suburbia so I like my mini van!

my own mini van... kids and suck don't trravel well with public transportation....i am too independent to be force to travel when "they" want to.

I hate public transportation and would rather walk or ride my bicycle. I like the freedom of having my own vehicle.

I am a student in the state's capital, without a car, so I prefer public transit, because right now, my own vehicle = my two feet. If I had a car, I know I would like it better.

My own vehicle, I like the convenience of getting in and getting out at my destination. I like my mini van too.

Riding public transportation was very scary when I was younger. I haven't quite gotten over the phobia. My own car all the way.

I drive my own car, but I suppose it would be a lot cheaper for public transportation! I don't live in a really big city with lots of choices of p.t., but if I did I might take advantage of it more often.

We love our van because it gets good gas mileage and we can all carpool together. I live next door to my parents and we go places together a lot. My folks also have a Prius so if we are going in a small group or a long distance we will use the Prius. It's so nice my husband & I are thinking of getting one for our 2nd car.

well when i was in the city i used to take the buss everywhere. because it was cheep and stuff and messed the president and oil companys up because everyone wasnt paying for gas. thay was taking the bus. and u could go anywhere for 50 cents to a dollar. now where i live now we dont have buses of anything. we have some taxes but to go from my house to walmart witch is like a few blooks or what ever u basicly go strait up the street to get to it and thay was like 7-10$ just to go there and ur own car would be cheeper.. now for us its even cheeper because we drive a tow truck every where.. witch is desil.. so

Depends on where you are. I love my car and there's not public transportation really where I live, but when I'm in Seattle I walk or take the bus, city traffic is not worth it, and there are so many cool shops and restaurants to see in Seattle :)

My own vehicle because I am afraid of getting on a crowded bus smelling the personal hygene of a person I don't even know.
