Yes, especially when one is considerably higher than the other one. It makes the person look crazed.

I do not care for them either, however I can't say anything, I have a scar on my left eyebrow from a baseball bat to the head when I was 5. So mine always looks a little off. LOL

my sister has a HUGE problem with people who have messed up eyebrows! when people try to fill in their brows with an eyeliner and the shape is crooked, sends her screaming! she also hates it when people get their eyebrows done but they are not done neatly or they are obviously uneven. if someone has eyebrows that are nicely groomed, she comments on how nice they are. so you see. you do have company!

It is nice if you have groomed eyebrows but sometimes it really just doestn't matter..how shallow.
