recognition, feeling you have helped someone or accomplished something.
like a game and winning extra points...not that the questions on here are a game all of the time...but the point system is
makes ya feel good
fun
to stand out in a crowd sometimes maybe
tons of reasons...depends upon the person, we are all different so probably feels good to each one for different reasons

Because you have connected with someone, and they have rewarded your intellect, humor, etc.
I like it when I have helped people out of a really difficult situation.
But sometimes I just get goofy and write anything.

truthfully i just like it for the points but sometimes i feel good when i help some poor lil desprite kid w/ their hw or something.

I think for me it's because I was able to help someone out. Somebody really appreciated my answer and benefited from it. That makes me feel so good.
