I seem to spend so much time surfing the Internet that I neglect household chores, work, etc.

Make a goal of how much you should get done that day. Make yourself do all the chores in a row in the morning and keep telling yourself "later on I'll be able to surf the net guilt free and feel like I accomplished something."

is nothing to compare with computer addiction .try with a woman for about ~ ... second she make you to forget about everything .with some professional training you will reduce the hours spend ed with your beloved computers.
Oh don"t forget the computer don"t make children's and don"t roast the stake or make you a coffe in the morning

get rid of your house and move into a sleeping room. then you can spend 24/7 on the net :)

with dsl or broadband gum, its kinda lyke nicotine gum for smoking, but it makes you hallucinate that you are on the internet!!! and it can be bought at any quality retailer!!! Warning:do not take while doing anything important
