Depends on the occasion. If you're going to court - Yes. If you're enjoying a day off - absolutely not!!

No. You will actually look prettier with them. I wear a ponytail and sometimes I wear a holder that has a flower on it. Almost every time I do that I get compliments about how pretty I look and men look at me more.

i think its cute. as long as its not over done. like put one flower in your hair off to the side. or maybe in your pony tail. not just a thousand every where. thats just tacky. hah and try and get them to match what your wearing. because its stupid to were a bright purple flower, if say your wereing a orange shirt. or something like that. try and get a white flower. or just lighter flowers. its easier to mix and match with different outfits. <3*

depends on the occasion. If something important is going on such as court, jury duty, or office work etc. then it is, but if it is vacation, you have day off, or going to the beach etc. then it is fine. But you(the way you look) may look dorky wearing it.

I think it's sweet in the right setting. A casual evening date, or something at the beach - very pretty. A job interview - not so cute

It can be totally cute, I think one or two biggish flowers looks cooler that a bunch of little ones.
