Guys are lazy. Many of them are sick of being the initiators in a relationship. Tell him how you feel, honestly, and straightforward.
If he doesn't accept, at least you were paying him a compliment.
If he's angry, then he's an *** and he's not worth it.

Just be straight up with him...tell him you think he is hott and you would like to get to know him...I know it will be nerve racking to do this but the result is one you will like...
I know from experience whenever i like a guy I just tell him I do..and ask him if he would like to hang out some time.
That is really the only way.
In plus if you dont you will always wonder what if.~

just maybe ask him to hang out with you and some friends guys and girls make sure the girls alredy have bfs though ... and then like hang out with him and spend time with him an then mybe ask him if he wants to just hang out with yiu sometime ....
