15" monitor cost 109 now
so 60% of that
65 dollars
cpu is very old
new cpu 352 celeron d come with 17" monitor CRT
and cost 299
that mean new cpu only at the most cost 250
but u dont have same cpu so it is 40% of original
so 100
so total sale price is 165-175
this price is good if u have lcd monitor
other wise crt monitor is 20 only at craigslist
so with crt it only $120

i'm guessing your monitor is a crt...
which no one buys these days..

be happy if someone would buy it with $200

you know how much dell desktops cost these days???

cheapest one is like $275

specs comes with 2.5ghz celeron 256 ddr ram
and 80g hard drive...

personally I would THINK about it even if you were to sell if for $100.

if you can't find anyone..
I would advise you to give away to the salvation army.
and get a tax break.

I'd buy it for $100. Try E-Bay! You can sell anything on their site and probably get more money for it than you could here.
