She said that 4 of them are 'loving their husband's deaths'.

...and Coulter uses these deaths to sell books.

You mischaracterize Coulter's position. She was not criticizing ALL WTC widows, she was specifically going after four widows who had a very anti-administration agenda. Much like Cindy Sheehan, they used the circumstances of their tragedies to promote their opinions. To that extent they were profiteering off of their widowhood. So, within that context, yes, I do agree with her. These women are free to take whatever misguided stand they want, but they cannot "hide" behind their widowhood in order to escape any criticism of their stand. Freedom of speech works both ways.

Did you read the book? That's completely out of context ,what she said was, they seem to be enjoying their husbands deaths. They sure haven't complained about all the publicity they're getting!! You would think there were only four victims instead of thousands. I definitely agree with Ann. And you are helping make her point.. Yes, I agree. Widows of military personnel who have died don't get that kind of money. I think the government was really, really wrong in paying so much to the survivors of those killed in the 9/11 attack. They have set a precedent now and everyone will want payment for acts of war.

I absolutely disagree with Ann Coulter with reference to how she characterized those particular 9/11 widows. So they dissented, and attributed the deaths of their spouses to the incompetence of this President and his administration. If anyone has a right to criticize this administration it is those widows who were directly affected by the tragedy on that fateful day.

Ann Coulter does not have the right to talk about exploiting 9/11, because she really milks the tragedy for all its worth in her best selling books, and in her public speaking engagements. Hypocrisy abounds in many ranks, but if one were to elect a queen for this vice, Ann Coulter would be the most viable candidate.

No, I think it's terrible to put all women in the same boat. I can't believe how mean people can be on this site. So many people were killed that day, so many kids were born who will never know their dads, so many kids lost moms, dads, grandpas, grandmas, aunts, uncles, cousins, people they loved.
