I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that you want to know how much fresh water a Navy submarine carries. All Navy ships, and some commercial ships make their own fresh water from seawater by distilling out the salt and other impurities. They do this almost on a continuous basis keeping their on-board tanks filled.
