Hezbolla knew they were going to start a war when they kidnapped the israel soldiers. Hezbolla's tactic is to fight from positions that put innocent lives in danger. Hezbolla started the war and forced israel to target innocent locations because they continually attack israel from these locations. Why can't anyone see that Hezbolla is the one responsible? People say israel needs to negotiate with hezbolla. How do you negotiate with someone who has a core belief that you need to be destroyed?

For those who responded to my question still blaming israel...part of Hezbolla's core belief is to destroy israel. If israel were to just do nothing (in an attempt to please the world) they would just continually be attacked. what's so hard to understand about this?????

“Naturally the common people don't want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”

Oh, and concentrated on highways as Israel did replaced into no longer aimed in the direction of civilians? the two Israel and Lebanon are doing very badly in this situation, even though it replaced into Israel that began huge attack, so... i'm no longer able to help yet blame Israel for civilian deaths.

Israel was blamed for civilian deaths in the fight with Hezbollah because they killed civilians. That was inevitable. If they were blamed for deliberately killing civilians then that is not right. Hezbollah provoked the fight, they got what they wanted. Next time they may not be so lucky. Only the stupid pass up the chance to live and live in peace.

Israel flights challenge in court
The British government is facing claims it "aided and abetted" violations of international law by allowing US arms flights to Israel to use UK airports.
The Islamic Human Rights Commission is seeking High Court leave to challenge government bodies over what it says are crimes against the Geneva Convention.
A number of US planes said to be carrying bombs to Israel refuelled in the UK during the Lebanon conflict.
The IHRC says it received complaints from Britons with families in Lebanon.
The commission is accusing the government of "grave and serious violations" of international humanitarian law.
It is seeking permission in the High Court to bring its case against the Civil Aviation Authority, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Defence Secretary Des Browne.
The IHRC said it was bringing the case after receiving "many complaints... from British citizens whose family members are in Lebanon and facing grave danger as well as acts of terror".
The US aircraft believed to have refuelled in the UK are said to have been carrying supplies including "bunker buster bombs".

because they killed them ! but in war in those conditions it was to be expected. and assigning responsibility to Hezbolla is not the answer - ending the war is ( THE BEST WAY WOULD BE TO WIPE OUT HEZBOLLA but no we had to stop them ! and yes WE if the US citizens would take a stand then so would our country but we will not as the past has proven)

I admire you intellect for recognizing that it was Hezbollah's fault. Yes, people are idiots, and they dare blame Israel for anything. Israel is defending itself all the time, and if it was not for their clean spirit and heart, they would be long gone. Israel will win!

Israel always gets blamed, no matter what they do, and no matter how right they are, the world isn't very fair when it comes to judge Israel, judgment is always political, not moral
