I went through the same exact thing when I went off depo (went with an IUD) I think it's just your body getting used to the change. Your Dr. would have warned you if there was a "waiting period" before the pills would work (I think it's only 24 hours)
You really should take the pills at the same time every day or consider switching to a method that is more forgiving (the patch or IUD or the nuva ring)
GOOD LUCK!

I stopped taking the depo injection and for 2 months after that i was getting symptoms of being pregnant. I knew that this often happened whilst coming off the depo which is why i left it so long before consulting my doctor at which point, myself and my friends had all convinced me i was pregnant - i even had a metallic taste in my mouth which is apparently a sign of being pregnant. I did get a test done and it was negative and i was immediately put on the pill. Your body is just getting used to the changes in the hormones. If you are still worried, get a test done but what you're describing is quite common.

Sometimes the pill can cause breast tenderness and cramps...and you're probably having dreams because you're so worried about it in the first place. You should take a pregancy test just to be sure.
Also, try to take the pill around the same time every day...I find that taking it at night before I go to bed is the best...

they say to have the pill work like it is supposed to it has to be taken at the same time every day. and to be completely honest - those are the most common first signs that you are prego. It could be in your mind, BUT most likely you are. Go to the dollar store and get a couple of prego tests. If i remember right 11 days after you get prego you will be able to tell. just incase, start taking vitamins and eating really healthy - babies are wonderful, don't be scared - if you are prego, it's already done so enjoy :)
- prego mama (29 weeks along with our first)
as an after thought... comming off of depo provera - normal rate of conception is 6 months to a year. So I do doubt that you are. The shot messes your body up, getting on it and comming off (and everything in between for me!)

You are definitely not pregnant. However, your body has too much hormones right now. Depending on how long you were on Depo, you can go for at least 6 months before getting on a new birth control system.
I was on Depo for two years and after I got off it, my doctor did not recommend another birth control method for about 6 months. Depo really messes you up. Just becareful and talk to your doctor.
Take care of yourself

No, the change in hormones in the shot to the pill can cause the same issues and pregnancy symptoms. Don't freak out just yet. I'd say wait until you miss your period to worry but changing B/C like that can cause that to not be on time to. You should be fine, taking the pill everyday at the same time is great but as long as you take it daily and don't skip you'll be fine

you should not be pregnant. but there is always a chance. usually, after taking the depo shot it takes up to a year before you become fertile again. but if you do not want a child, you should definitely start taking that pill on time every day. ggod luck!

it may just be the hormones in the pill, they can cause cramps, bleeding, and swolen breast ect... but you need to be careful when switching birth control, you should wait at least amonth after starting the pill before having unprotected sex...it takes a while for it to get into your system....

No. The physiological symptoms are just your body adjusting to the new chemicals.
The dreams are your personal paranoia about becoming pregnant due to the switch.
You'll be fine.
