All that I can find online and in retail stores are the plain white thermostats. I am looking for a programmable universal thermostat to control our home furnace and AC.

I sell heating equipent and supllies and unfortunatly they only offer white, tan, beige, and gold however electronic t-stats come in different color backgrounds such as blue, green, yellow and red.

I have seen them put in thermostats that match the colors of the walls they paint on some of those home makeover shows like extreme makeover.

I'M not certain, I have seen them in white-tan-gray: but surely you can paint the white ones to match any desired color

I've only seen them in the white/tan color. Check internet stores.

would be very easy to spray paint the cover with the newer plastic paint available at wal mart etc. etc.
